RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that manages a diverse portfolio of approximately 70,000 apartments throughout the United States. Our company specializes in multi-family community management for a variety of third-party owners, providing a service-oriented and hands-on approach to property management.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes a base hourly rate of $20, with opportunities for bonuses outlined by the property's commission structure. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 15 days of paid time off per year (prorated based on your start date)
  • 9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday per year
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability after 1 year of service

Job Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating interest in our communities by highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Communicating effectively with potential residents on all steps to make our communities their home
  • Serving as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
  • Building lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
  • Using attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks
  • Coordinating fun activities for residents

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Lease-up experience required
  • Industry software experience required (e.g., Yardi, Onesite)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
