Job Overview
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as commission-based sales agents. As a sales agent with Symmetry Financial Group, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who are genuinely interested in our services, offering a unique and rewarding experience. With uncapped income potential and daily pay, you will be able to escalate your earnings through multiple streams, including commissions, bonuses, and override commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary role will be to build relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for working with our lead system to identify new business opportunities and growing your client base. In addition, you will have access to comprehensive training and mentorship programs, designed to help you succeed in this field.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly disciplined and self-motivated, and have a strong desire to improve and grow. A life insurance license is required, and we will provide support to help you obtain one if needed. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, committed to self-improvement, and willing to put in the effort to achieve their full potential.
Benefits
This is a commission-based sales position, offering uncapped income potential and daily pay. The estimated salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on performance and location. Additionally, you will have access to comprehensive training, mentorship, and support, as well as the opportunity to become an agency owner and generate a system-driven income of $200,000 to $500,000 per year. With consistent promotions, agency ownership can be achieved in 2-4 years.
