About the Job
This part-time, hourly position involves overseeing all aspects of your shift, ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example, setting the tone for your team's performance and behavior. As a store manager, you will be accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including sales, profits, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in management or leadership preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (for delivery purposes)
