Experienced Insurance Sales Professional Wanted

About the Role:
Freeway Auto Insurance is seeking a skilled and ambitious insurance sales professional to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, expanding business through proactive relationship-building, and meeting or exceeding sales production goals.
What You Will Do:
- Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
- Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet agreed-upon production goals.
- Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner.
- Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
About You:
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- A personal lines or property and casualty license is not required but is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
- You should be an ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement and career growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $14-$16+ per hour, which includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives. Our compensation package offers unlimited earning potential and opportunities for career advancement.
