Therapists can also engage in various Rehabilitation Department Committees to further their professional development alongside their clinical responsibilities. These committees include: Community Resource Committee, Practice Standards Committee, Staff Development Committee, Rehab Recognition Committee, Research Committee, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Opportunities for progression on our established merit-based clinical ladder (i.e., Staff Therapist, Senior Therapist, Clinical Specialist) allow clinicians to be acknowledged for their clinical, scholarly, and service contributions.
