At Kettle Moraine YMCA, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Private Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Private Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach swim lessons to participants of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of each participant.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for participants.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 17 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with children and/or adults with special needs required.
  • Current YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor Certification or American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification preferred.
