Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team as a Risk and Control Training Needs Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and aggregating data from 92 disparate policies to prioritize the 2025 training plan and review sequencing.

The ideal candidate will have strong risk and control knowledge to support, enhance and facilitate the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process. They will also have expertise in ERMF to understand the link between policies and trainings.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing TNAs for data quality and partnering with the ERMTP Core Team to address any issues identified
  • Preparing TNAs into required format for data entry
  • Aggregating TNAs into one dataset
  • Evaluating aggregate TNAs to help create the 2025 Annual Training Plan
