About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Risk and Control Knowledge Manager to join our team at Collabera. This is a Contract position based in New York, New York, US, with a competitive hourly rate of $00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk and control knowledge to support the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Collaborate with ERMTP Business Analyst to design and implement effective data migration strategies
  • Manage target audience data, reviewing policies and standards in-scope for ERMTP to identify and document policy/standard audience and roles & responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (Policy Owners, ERMTP Core Team, Learning & Development, etc.) to identify and document audience requirements and associated audience data
  • Review audience requirements and associated data with key stakeholders (Policy Owners, ERMTP Core Team, etc.), helping create or review audience assignment tickets
  • Maintain audience requirements once trainings are deployed/assigned
  • Evaluate and refine data entry processes to ensure high-quality data is uploaded into MS SharePoint and/or other ERMTP system/application

This role requires strong risk and control knowledge to support, enhance and facilitate the Training Needs Analysis (TNA). You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes.
