Key Responsibilities
  • Technician Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure service technicians possess the necessary technical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate into our business.
  • Customer Interaction and Relationship Building
    • Foster strong relationships with customers by ensuring that field service interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with our company values.
    • Collaborate with customers to address and resolve concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coaching and Performance Management
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to service technicians to promote continuous improvement in their technical skills, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals for individual and team development.
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement
    • Implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency of field service operations, including optimizing schedules, routes, and resource allocation.
    • Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Proven experience in field service management, with a focus on technician training and customer interaction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Three to five years prior management experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
