This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive leader who can drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and drive effective communication and organization alignment across the Engineering organization. The Chief of Staff will provide critical support in managing the day-to-day operations, leading special projects, and ensuring the engineering organization functions at its highest efficiency with strong internal alignment as well as alignment to overall Lennar Technology Group strategy and goals.
Responsibilities- Assist the Engineering Leadership in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives within the engineering organization.
- Track progress on strategic priorities and projects, ensuring alignment with Lennar Technology Group's overall goals.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, strategic initiatives, and KPIs to the leadership team across Lennar Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership, strategy, or project management role within a software engineering or technology environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire teams, with a track record of driving positive organizational change.
