About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an Occupational Therapist with MGA Homecare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric patients, providing skilled occupational therapy services and interventions to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients with various challenges, including physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, and social/emotional deficits.
  • Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • Active state licensure as required or in process.
  • Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required or in process.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
