About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Professional Services division. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in fostering excellent connections with our IT Managed Services clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B account management, customer success, or sales, engaging with senior-level management. A strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with clients through a consultative approach, understanding their unique business needs, priorities, and strategies to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for our managed services clients, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless IT experience.
  • Act as an advocate for client requests, ensuring that the right internal teams are engaged to fulfill client needs promptly.
  • Exceed assigned sales and client retention goals by effectively managing sales and technical resources, closing business efficiently, and presenting compelling proposals.
  • Anticipate and address ongoing IT needs, ensuring our clients experience continuous satisfaction and value from our services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B account management, customer success, or sales, engaging with senior-level management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging company presentations.
  • Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and growing customer accounts.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus incentive pay centered around encouraging long-term client retention and growth.
