Job Summary

SpiriTrust Lutheran is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our Home Health & Hospice Program in Chambersburg, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate quality improvement activities and provide documentation to meet reimbursement requirements
  • Collaborate with department teams and other departments to ensure effective working relationships
  • Comply with operating policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with personnel and respond to inquiries or requests for information
  • Maintain accurate records and provide assigned reports
Requirements

Graduate of a school of nursing with current licenses to practice as a professional nurse in the state(s) served by SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice.

One year of recent clinical experience in a license or certified discipline is normally required.

Proficient reading, writing, and grammatical skills, as well as proficiency in interpersonal relations and communication skills, are essential.

A valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation are also required.
