Key Responsibilities:- Job Management: Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Customer Communication: Respond to service calls, establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers, and communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians.
- Production Supervision: Supervise Production Technicians, perform production processes as scheduled, and ensure quality control.
- Safety and Compliance: Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers, and follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve problems quickly as they arise, and manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
- Cost Management: Manage and control costs of production projects, and manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
- Administrative Tasks: Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, and perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
- Education: High school diploma/GED.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.
- Lifting and Mobility: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Chemical Exposure: Exposure to chemicals.
- Physical Demands: Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, and ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings).
