Job Summary

The Overnight Member Services Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, with a passion for fitness and health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a superior level of customer service.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours.
  • Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, respond to member questions and concerns, and elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
  • Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Shift Closure: Close shift for that business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Preferred, but not required.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Required.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Must be able to work 3rd shift (overnights) and be punctual and reliable.
  • Physical Demands: Continual standing and walking during shift, continual talking in person or on the phone during shift, ability to work 3rd shift (overnights), and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
