Job Title: Hybrid Substance Use Counselor

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Substance Use Counselor to join our team at Groups: Recover Together. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with our members to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead group therapy sessions, utilizing our outlined curriculum to build recovery skills and foster community.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a holistic clinical model based on the belief that counseling, medication, and community are the foundation for achieving sustained recovery.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region, further developing your clinical skill set.
  • Document members' progress, using outcome measures and client feedback to inform treatment decisions.
  • Proactively engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through outreach and education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Required licensure or certification in behavioral health, including LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, or CAP.
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, Telehealth software, and Google products.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
