Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand, supply, capacity, and production planning, particularly within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and capacity plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Analyze capacity constraints and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Develop a Master Production Schedule using an ERP System.
  • Lead the SIOP process to balance supply and demand effectively.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly, using SIOP processes to increase forecast accuracy.
  • Oversee production planning and develop production schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet customer requirements.
  • Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement plans by organizing and maintaining global product demands.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in engineering) with 5-9+ years of supply chain experience.
  • 2+ years of Team Leadership and People Management experience.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end planning functions: SIOP, supply & demand planning, capacity planning, production planning, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and executive-level personnel.
