Job Summary

Deliver exceptional food service experiences to clients and guests by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and supplies to scheduled events. Collaborate with the catering captain to execute events with precision and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies to events, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Log and maintain food temperatures to ensure food safety.
  • Arrange tables and decorations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Thoroughly clean event areas after events are completed.
  • Return food and beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for events.
  • Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
  • Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
