Job Overview

As a State Farm Insurance Agent Team Member for Scott Link - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
  • Market appropriate products and services to customers, leveraging your sales and communication skills to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • A passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in marketing and the ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • A Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
