Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Novant Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As a Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Assisting surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the surgical team
  • Maintaining accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information

Requirements

To be successful as a Surgical Technologist at Novant Health, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Surgical Technology program or military training equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist is preferred
  • Current Surgical Tech Certification is preferred
