Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the overall operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, and values.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Manage human resources, including staffing, recruiting, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- A competitive salary range of $40 - $43 per hour.
