Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to fill the role of Pharmacist in Charge at ARcare Inc. This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy efficiency and patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current pharmacist license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
