Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Sterile Compounding Technician to join our team at RPh on the Go. This role is essential in ensuring the preparation of sterile medications in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sterile formulations, including hazardous medications, in precise dosages.
  • Follow strict aseptic techniques and adhere to prescriber directives during compounding.
  • Engage in quality assurance processes and maintain accurate records for sterile compounding activities.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in home infusion pharmacy and clinical pharmacy is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sterile compounding is mandatory.
  • Home infusion experience is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid pharmacy technician license.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a pharmacy technician role is required.
  • Certification from PTCB is necessary.
