Qualifications and Skills for Plumbing
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage.
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing issues.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience with various materials such as PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Basic mathematics and measurement conversion proficiency.
  • Must hold a Maine State Journeyman or Master plumbing license.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Qualifications and Skills for Heating
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in heating equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for ME.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Efficient time management skills while executing jobs.
