Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Teller II to join our team at First Interstate Bank. As a Teller II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling daily teller transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of teller transactions, including deposits, loan payments, and cash advances.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Recognize referral opportunities for additional retail products and services.
  • Mentor and train Teller I employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
