As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our GDC partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow sales with existing partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, prospective partners, and other stakeholders
* Identify and initiate new sales opportunities through analysis of existing partner accounts
* Develop a thorough understanding of partner businesses and industries
* Negotiate and influence to build consensus about GDC's products across all levels of a client's organization
* Proactively advocate for GDC's services, cross-selling additional LSEG services to existing partners
* Collect data and leverage information to anticipate client needs and determine product fit
* Conduct dynamic presentations and product demonstrations at various points in the sales cycle
* Monitor, report upon, and manage transaction volume per account as needed
* Use Salesforce to handle and maintain accurate forecasts on an ongoing basis
* Collaborate internally with key LSEG stakeholders to drive deals
* Participate in the planning and marketing of GDC partner events
* Attend tradeshows and other events as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, plus at least 7 years' business development and/or sales experience with some experience in the financial technology industry
* Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
* Must have experience cold calling (phone) and email/LinkedIn prospecting
* Incentive-driven sales hunter
* Track record of successful consultative sales
* Experience initiating and building relationships with executive-level management
* Experience working with identity verification data, global digital identity verification
* Self-motivated and driven go-getter with the ability to work independently
* Must be able to successfully integrate financial scenarios into clients' business process
* Strong problem-solving skills and high-level needs-diagnosis skills
* Capability to influence others and get results
* Successful experience in a performance-based compensation mode
