Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in filling hourly and salaried roles within the manufacturing facility. This is a permanent, direct-hire position offering a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and a 401k plan with a company match.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to role requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate candidate data.
  • Oversee job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams during the offer process, including salary negotiation and start date determination.
  • Assist with onboarding in collaboration with HR staff.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and recruiting regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment using applicant tracking systems.
  • Expertise in recruitment analytics, including placement data and market trends.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual capable of taking initiative.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively work as part of a cross-functional team.
