About the Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales campaigns that drive results under pressure
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with potential clients through regular communication and relationship-building
  • Market and promote products directly to consumers through face-to-face sales and marketing presentations
  • Deliver in-depth product knowledge to customers and educate them on product benefits to impact sales performance and increase sales margin
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each client brand
  • Monitor, analyze, and report customer marketing initiatives to Account Management staff, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, sales, direct sales, promotions, or public relations is highly valued
  • Able to provide results under pressure while maintaining a high level of interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to adapt to various situations
  • A self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • A collaborative and resilient team player with a passion for what they do
  • Confident in large group settings and with face-to-face consumer interaction
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
