Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training materials, including individual training plans, group instructions, demonstrations, and videos, to ensure our employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Manage Learning Management System: Oversee the administration of our learning management system, scheduling annual compliance trainings, and ensuring all employees have access to the necessary training resources.
- Design and Maintain Training Guides: Develop and maintain comprehensive training guides, manuals, procedures, and digital aids to facilitate effective learning experiences and support employee development.
- Research and Create Training Sessions: Conduct research and create training sessions on various topics, including products and services, member service skills, sales skills, procedures, and refresher trainings, to keep our employees up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge.
