About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Specimen Processing Specialist to join our team at Carolina Medical Lab. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and preparing specimens for testing, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing and preparing specimens for testing according to established protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of specimen processing and test results.
  • Supporting laboratory staff with administrative tasks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong data entry skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary range: $48,000 - $58,000 per year. Comprehensive benefits package available.
