Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Thoroughly reviews each test requisition for accuracy, ensuring proper documentation and charges.
  • Skilled in conducting patient assessments and testing procedures.
  • Maintains and cleans testing equipment, ensuring it is well-stocked and functional.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of patient needs and responds appropriately.
  • Records all test requests and procedures meticulously in a logbook, noting essential details.
  • Files records with precision and verifies the accuracy of computer entries.
  • Adapts to scheduling changes promptly and manages time effectively.
  • Communicates test procedures clearly to patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support or CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
