Position Highlights:

Role Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers direct personal care and services to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
- The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) should possess a genuine commitment to providing high-quality daily care and fostering meaningful relationships with elderly residents.
- The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) must be capable of delivering care in a dynamic setting while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Certification Requirements
- Certification as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota is mandatory. If not certified, candidates must obtain certification within 120 days of employment.
- Medication Aide Certification is also required. If not certified, candidates must secure this certification within 120 days of employment.
Work Schedule
- Flexible Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm; 48 hours every two weeks
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday is expected.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is as follows. Actual pay will be determined based on experience.
- $25.25 per hour
