Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing test systems, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test System Development: Design, develop, and implement manufacturing test systems, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality products.
  • Design Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed design documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Technical Training: Provide training to production staff on test system operation and maintenance.
  • Verification and Validation: Write and execute verification and validation protocols to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and participate in project planning and execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product/manufacturing test development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in C/C++/Visual Basic and laboratory equipment; knowledge of FDA QSR and LEAN manufacturing practices preferred.
Compensation

Competitive salary range: $120,000 to $155,000 per year.
