Lead Strategic Growth in Claims Product Management

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Claims Product Strategy to join our team at GEICO. This highly influential role will be responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation in our Claims Product Management organization.

About the Role:

In this key leadership position, you will partner closely with the VP of Product Management to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Claims. Your expertise will be critical in defining market opportunities, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying areas for product enhancement and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with senior leaders to craft a compelling product vision that aligns with GEICO's business objectives.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify emerging opportunities for growth.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a product roadmap that prioritizes strategic initiatives and ensures timely delivery of high-impact projects.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving strategic growth and innovation through product development and enhancement.
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within claims, insurance, or a highly regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with product management principles, agile methodologies, and working in cross-functional teams.
