Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold classroom regulations and protocols.
  • Adhere to directives provided by the lead educator.
  • Develop and implement goal-oriented group activities.
  • Document student engagement and activities during class sessions.
  • Prepare and submit essential reports as required.
  • Maintain communication with parents and collaborate with other staff members.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Be prepared to assist with personal care tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, along with a valid special education license.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.
  • Strong grasp of child development principles and effective educational practices.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in a classroom setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
