Cutter Holding Co is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our corporate aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on various aircraft types, including HondaJet, Piper, TBM, Pilatus, LearJets, Beechjet, and Citations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft systems and engines, using sound judgment and technical expertise to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequence, and techniques.
- Ensure all repairs are accomplished by approved methods and techniques, in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Federal Aviation Regulations, and other approved data.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize delays and increase production and efficiency.
- Exercise all reasonable care to protect aircraft parts, sub-assemblies, and completed units against loss or damage.
- Ensure all applicable repair station forms are properly completed, and good housekeeping rules are observed.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance lead technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and completion of tasks.
- Perform airframe and powerplant repairs, inspections, and modifications, as well as removal and disassembly of defective parts, assembly and installation of replacement parts, and testing of systems.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance.
- Ensure all discrepancies are signed off with complete information, including part numbers, maintenance manual, ATA, and Chapter.
- Seven or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of 135 and 145 repair station operations/regulations is required.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug screening test.
- Willingness to work off-location, if needed.
- Willingness to work weekends, if needed.
