Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary assessment, triage, and direct observation of patients in the Emergency Department
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Delegate and supervise personnel to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum one year of emergency nursing experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records
