MGH is seeking a skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for implementing and conducting clinical trials in various disease programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with research teams to establish processes and workflows for protocol compliance, data collection, and sample acquisition.
- Develop educational programs for non-research clinical staff on specific protocols.
- Review new protocols and amendments for nursing and operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with attending physicians to identify and recruit patients for clinical trials.
- Provide education to patients and their families on clinical trials.
- Coordinate study screening and enrollment, protocol treatment, and follow-up care for patients in clinical trials.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BSN preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience.
- Clinical trials research experience preferred.
