Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team at Beacon Engineering Resources. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and writing CNC programs, collaborating with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes, and monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write CNC programs to optimize machining processes
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with knowledge of tooling selection and optimization for different machining operations
  • Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to machining processes
  • Strong knowledge of CAD and CAM programming software
  • Solid understanding of machining principles and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
  • Knowledge of tooling selection and optimization for different machining operations
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Strong knowledge of CAD and CAM programming software
  • Solid understanding of machining principles and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
