The role of a Customer Experience Ambassador at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every shopper.

As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their interaction with the store. Your warm smile, genuine greeting, and appreciation for each customer's business will make them feel valued and appreciated.

This position requires strong multitasking skills, as you will be responsible for scanning items, explaining prices, bagging groceries properly, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

You will receive competitive pay, ranging from $14.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentive awards and other benefits that promote work-life balance. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, and more.

In addition to your base compensation, you may also earn additional premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on specific circumstances. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, including smiling, greeting, and thanking customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting colleagues across the store as needed
