Kaufman Dolowich LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Matter Intake Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth intake and management of client matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control and creation of new client/matter intake in our financial system and document management system
  • Handle matter changes, including updating contacts, claim information, deductible, matter contacts, matter names, rates, etc.
  • Reconciliation of new matters created in eBilling software on a routine basis
  • Upload carrier guidelines to our internal intranet
  • Ad hoc reporting as requested
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Support department needs as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task

What We Offer:

Kaufman Dolowich LLP is an equal opportunity employer and offers a competitive compensation package, including a total annual compensation of $45,000 - $55,000, based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
