Job Title: Armed Driver Guard

Loomis is a leading provider of armored transportation and cash management services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Driver Guard to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Armed Driver Guard will be responsible for the safe and secure transportation of cash, coins, and valuables to and from customer locations. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive armored vehicles on designated routes, ensuring the safe and secure transportation of cash, coins, and valuables.
  • Service ATMs and Smart Safes, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload vehicle cargo, including multiple bags and boxes of coins.
  • Count and record cargo items, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and complete.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • At least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examiners.
  • A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements.
Working Conditions:

The Armed Driver Guard will work in a fast-paced environment, with a full-time schedule potentially consisting of 40 to 50 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend work may be required.
