Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Community Health Service Inc. (CHSI). As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting psychosocial evaluations and providing therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop skills and behaviors necessary for recovery and management of mental health conditions.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Refer clients to community resources and services as needed.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Professional Counseling, or related field.
  • Current licensure in MN and/or ND or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
