Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the QA Department, supervising quality, and innovating manufacturing methods in our process centers. You will work closely with teams to execute continuous improvement initiatives, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective countermeasures. Your contributions will be invaluable in new product development and ongoing production improvements.

You will uphold company quality standards, oversee ISO 9001:2015 audits, and promote quality and lead initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee PPAP submissions and customer quality requirements, monitor product manufacturing processes to ensure quality, and collaborate with the manufacturing team on product quality and process methods.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience
  • Metal fabrication and/or machining background
  • Knowledge of entire PPAP process
  • Experience working with customers and solving customer complaints
  • Ability to maintain ISO 9001 QMS and conduct audits
  • Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
