We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex systems, including air and missile defense systems.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement system-level architecture for air and missile defense systems
- Design and optimize algorithms for radar systems, including the Patriot System
- Conduct broad, large-scale data analysis and focused root-cause analysis to identify system issues
- Develop and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to improve system performance
- Collaborate with customers to bring new capabilities to the warfighter
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Ability to obtain security clearance and U.S. citizenship
- Advanced degree in Aerospace, EE, Physics, Applied Math
- Knowledge of radar systems, electronic warfare, and signal processing techniques
- Experience with MATLAB, DOORS, and MS Office
