Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in empowering employees, leading and motivating teams, and fostering collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
