We require candidates to have prior cooking experience, particularly in batch cooking, along with knowledge of food preparation, production timing, and safe food handling practices. Additional responsibilities may include inventory management and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Adhere to safe food handling and storage protocols at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Manage waste disposal as necessary.
  • Assist with stock management as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of cooking experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
  • ServSafe Certification is a plus.
