Physician in Hospice and Palliative Care

We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our Hospice and Palliative Care team at SCL Health. As a Physician in this role, you will provide top-notch care and patient experience, building your patient panel and collaborating with knowledgeable Physicians, Medical Assistants, and PSRs.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with terminal diagnoses, including home hospice, inpatient hospice, and palliative care in the home.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Manage pain and symptoms, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest palliative care practices and research.
- Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Hospice/Palliative Care.
- Have or able to obtain a CO Physician license.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a defined Palliative Care or Hospice setting.
- Experience with pain management a plus.
- Bi-Lingual, strongly preferred.
