Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a COTA, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality therapy services to students in a K-12th grade setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist occupational therapists in providing therapy services to assigned caseloads.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help students achieve their goals.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
Requirements
  • California COTA license required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a COTA.
