Job Overview

Foxconn Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Planner to join our team. As a key member of our production control team, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing sales order fulfillment to meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Backlog Management: Plan and optimize sales order fulfillment to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Production Planning: Prepare production reports in regard to daily commitment and lead time.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure sales orders are scheduled, packed, and shipped within target time frames.
  • Inventory Management: Maximize build plan targets in daily basis.
  • Lead Time Management: Manage backlog and achieve lead time goals.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and interpret construction bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc. Collect data and publish assigned reports for internal and external management.
  • Order Scheduling and Expedite: Perform order scheduling, expedite, and re-commit through various system tools.
  • Customer Liaison: Establish close working relationships with customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve problems utilizing acquired knowledge and analytical abilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of production control and planning experience in handling production projects in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) Industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of SAP. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
